TITLE: BORDERLINE SEROUS TUMOUR AIM: A rare presentation of borderline serous epithelial tumor in a 15 year old girl. Methods : case study . A case of 15 years old with complaints of abdominal distention for 3 months . Pt came with history of loss of appetite and loss of weight . CECT abdomen and pelvis revealed well defined large abdomino pelvic cyst of size 22.5 cm* 17.1 cm*13.2 cm with enhancing solid areas . Tumor markers -CA-125,CEA ,LDH,AFP,HCG,CA 19-9 -Normal Patient had an Elective laparotomy proceeded to left ovarian cystectomy . Intra-op findings : large simple ovarian cyst of size 30*20 cm present. Results :HPE report confirmed it's as borderline serous tumour . Patiet is under medical oncologist follow up Conclusion: Epithelial subtype serous tumour predominantly occurs premenopausal age group . 10-20 % of these rumours are of low malignant potential and are labelled as borderline ovarian tumours .
