Abstract :
Vaginal masses are a common presentation in Gynecology OPD, mostly presenting as a cyst or inflammatory lesion. a high index of suspicion with keeping a differential of vulvo vaginal cancers should be kept on mind. We present a series of 3 cases,presenting as vulvovaginal masses, managed at our hospital. Case 1: 24 yrs unmarried female with a firm vulval masses of 2 cm at upper 1/3rd of labia, for cosmetic purpose. Case2: 41 yrs P2L2 with a vulval mass with pain and itching Case3: 40 yrs P3L3 with firm mass at lower 2/3rd of labia with pain and dyspareunia We investigated all patients followed by surgical management. The clinical presentations,investigation and management will be discussed.
