Abstract :
Introduction: Angiomyofibroblastoma is a rare, benign mesenchymal tumour predominantly occurring in the vulvovaginal region of women during their reproductive years. Aims/ objectives : To study about vulvovaginal tumours Materials and methods: G2p1L1 with 37 weeks period of gestation with right vulval mass came to opd. the mass was noticed 4 months back and had gradually increased in size .since 20 days pus discharge from the mass and pain is increased.on examination mass is 8*9cmpedunculated With 4*3cm decubitus ulcer is seen.The mass was completely removed by local exicision . Results: Excised mass sent for HPE .There is no evidence of malignancy. Discussion: The overlap of pregnancy related physiological changes and tumour characteristics can complicate pregnancy.it should be distinguish from other mesencymal tumours. Conclusion: Though rare, it?s manageable .usg and mri can be done
