Abstract :
INTRODUCTION:In Current era of exponentially increasing cases of CIN in young females ,traditional methods of treatment have failed to give pregnancy .Hence the need to treat these patients and preserving fertility has become utmost important. INCIDENCE OF CIN-1.3 to 2.7/1000 pregnancies. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES : To report a case of Cervical HSIL treated with LEEP for preservation of fertility, its effect and outcome in pregnancy . METHODOLOGY:Mrs. x, 32 years,P1D1 female came to hospital with presenting complaint of post coital PV bleeding in May 23.We did pap smear - HSIL.She was adviced hystrectomy but we planned for LEEP.Post LEEP She had FAILED IUI ,but later successfull IVF was done then LSCS with single live fetus delivered. Post LSCS HPV DNA LBC negative. RESULTS: We were able to achieve successful pregnancy with IVF post LEEP of premalignant lesion. CONCLUSION :As evident ,LEEP became a Leap of Hope for this couple .With advent of technology and better treatment modalities for preinvasive conditions of cervix, fertility can be preserved,hysterectomy can be avoided along with multidisciplinary approach
