Ovarian fibroma is a rare, benign tumour of ovary accounting for 4%of all ovarian tumours. most commonly found in peri and post-menopausal women with very few cases being reported in reproductive age group. common presenting symptom is mass abdomen or pressure symptoms. Diagnosis done by imaging modalities like Ultrasound, CT scan, MRI. CA 125 may be raised in some cases and treatment is usually surgical. Here we are presenting 2 cases of ovarian fibroma, one in her 70?s and other case in reproductive age with varied presentation and diagnosis confirmed on histopathology.
