Chronic uterine inversion in postmenopausal women is rare, and a fibroid polyp on the fundus poses an unusual clinical picture. The only confusing other condition at this age is uterine prolapse. The challenge for surgery in this condition is typical.This poster discusses a 64 year old women who had no puerperal chronic uterine inversion with submucosal fundal fibroid which was irreducible. The pain ,fleshy mass at vulva and firmness of the tumor along with absence of cervix are the main presenting features. The heroic surgery, always avoiding injury to vital organs like ureter, bladder, and uterine artery was the main feature which depicts skill of surgical team.
