Abstract :
Introduction- The incidence of fibroids during pregnancy 2.7% of all pregnancies. However, cervical fibroid is rare among pregnant woman. Most of fibroids show no change in size during pregnancy, few may increase in volume due to increased vascular supply to uterus and steroid hormones. Depending on the size and type of fibroid antenatal and postnatal complications can occur. CASE HISTORY: A case of 28 yr old G3P1L1A1 36 weeks GA With previous LSCS with k/c/o GDM with pre eclampsia without severe features with hypothyroidism with polio of right hand with cervical fibroid of 11x 9 cm size .The cervical fibroid was detected in 1st trimester with size 7.1x8.1 cm and was increased to 11x9 cm Growth scan : A single live intrauterine fetus with breech presentation with 36+6 wks GA with EFW 2.8 kg, AFI 13-14, posterior upper segment grade 3 placenta with cervical fibriod of size 11x9 cm Conclusion: In this case, caesarean section was performed and patient was advised to come for myomectomy after 3 months .
