As per literature, all complicationsincrease by twofold to fourfold as per location, size and number of fibroids. Methodology - Prospective study of 7 pregnancies associated with large fibroidsand their outcomes. Results - 7 cases of pregnancies associated with large fibroids (>6 cm) wereevaluated. All pregnancies were continued with appropriate obstetrics care and 6 delivered at term and one preterm, without any adverse outcome. Conclusion - Pregnant patients with large fibroids can be encou- raged and reassured that careful monitoring can lead to good obstetric outcomes.
