Abstract :
Young p2l2,woman, registered at bdba hospital, booked ,prev 1 lscs with gross varicocities In right legin the antenatal period presented on d15 of lscs in emergency ward , with extremely painful tender lump of approx 6-7 cms in left labia ,since last 4 days ,gradually increasing in size .
On clinical examination suspicion of labial/perineal lump, with d/d of ? Infective mass vs thrombus was made , which was subsequently diagnosed and reconfirmed on imaging.
Unilateral Solitary Labial and perineal thrombus in a woman delivered by cesarian section, not having undergone any vaginal procedure or birth trauma , presenting 2 weeks after delivery is a rare and unusual presentation which if not identified and managed rigorously, can cause catastrophic complications and endanger mother's life .
