Abstract :
Introduction: Obstetric practice in presently incomplete without fetal Doppler. Cerebroplacental ratio(CPR), an established Doppler parameter, is critical in evaluating fetal well-being in high risk pregnancies, such as those complicated by fetal growth restriction( FGR). However, its role in predicting adverse neonatal outcomes in low-risk term pregnancies remains unclear. Objective: To study the role of CPR in prediction of adverse neonatal outcomes in term low-risk pregnancies. Methods: Observational study was conducted at Chinmaya Mission Hospital over 3 months ( August-October 2024). A total of 100 women with singleton, low risk term pregnancies who underwent fetal Doppler studies at term were included. Neonatal outcomes were compared between groups with normal and abnormal CPR (
