Myomectomy during LSCS is not routinely advocated , because of excessive blood loss. We present a rare case where myomectomy was require during LSCS.Primigarvida 29 years presented at 4 months with 11x11xcm intramural fibroid. PA : 24 weeks. antenatal uneventful. cervix stretched over fibroid. so elective LSCS planed at 38 weeks,during LSCS, large lower segment ant wall fibroid. incision taken above , baby delivered. ceserean myomectomy performed. as uterine closure not possible unless myomectomy was done. 15x11x8 cm fibroid removed. uterus closed. 4 units BT given post op uneventful.
