Title - Dual Diagnosis of unicornuate uterus and male factor infertility - A case report. Introduction - most often uterine development anomalies are missed until later in life presenting as infertility. Aims and Objectives - To diagnose uterine anomalies early and to test for male infertility factors is important. Method - a case report includes unicornuate uterus and male infertility factor Conclusion- unicornuate uterus is associated with increased risk of adverse pregnancy outcome . Removal of rudimentary horn should be discussed with patient to prevent ectopic pregnancy. Addressing both make and female factors is crucial for optimising fertility outcomes in such cases.
