AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: To study the surgical outcome of a patient with Huge multiple uterine fibroids of in a case of Secondary infertility MATERIALS AND METHODS: We present a case of Huge multiple uterine fibroids of in a patient of Secondary infertility, who was operated at our institution and to discuss the surgical challenges faced and outcome RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: This was a case of a Al with secondary infertility patient with Huge multiple uterine fibroids. Uterine fibroids should be in the differential diagnosis list when evaluating women who present with Anxious to conceive, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia and polymenorrhea. This group of women should be adequately counselled on the different options for management with the ultimate goal of preserving their future reproductive career.
